Jason grew up in the restaurant business, was trained by three generations of fine-dining chefs and has 20 years of experience. He paid his dues by working the line for many years, mastering all stations, and ultimately managing multiple restaurants. In 2014 Jason and his wife scraped together their life savings to open the Roaming Bull Brasserie. Jason and Christine enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, collecting vinyl, and enjoying good food/libations.
Andersonis originally from Michigan and moved to Colorado to pursue his career as a chemist. Amidst the beautiful mountains he found his passion for cooking and returned to school for his culinary degree. He has a combined 12 years of front and back of the house experience, which he utilizes daily as Truck Manager. Anderson enjoys snow-boarding, practicing new cooking techniques on family and friends, and volunteering at IMPACT Personal Safety of Colorado.
